My Security Engine (also known as MySecurityEngine) is fake anti-spyware product which seeks only to get your money. Differently from legitimate programs, My Security Engine reports fake viruses detected and then starts promoting its so called “licensed” version for their removal. However, there is no spywares’ detection or removal engine inside this application, so bear in mind that My Security Engine must be threatened like a virus.

Unregistered version of MySecurityEngine infiltrates potential host systems though Trojans viruses and without any permission asked. When malicious trialware is in, it drops some fake randomly named files that look like these ones:

These files later are announced for the user as dangerous ones after My Security Engine foolishly scans the system for malware. Program also claims that it is not capable to remove detected viruses and asks paying the money at first for so called “full” version which should fix everything. Remember – buying My Security Engine is a total waste of money so please avoid installing such softwares promoted in this way. Instead, you should scan your computer for MySecurityEngine and related trojans and remove them once detected. If ignored, this program will completely bombard you with misleading alerts, pop-ups and system tray notifications. Besides, MySecurityEngine may let more spyware inside your computer and make it vulnerable as well. Remove My Security Engine malware once you detect it on your computer.
