Information about My Disk
My Disk is a fake system defragmenter that appears on the system out of nowhere and imitates scanning your system. Then the program states that it found a bunch of errors and recommends fixing them as soon as possible. My Disk asks you to pay for its license and then, according to the program you can forget all you computer problems. You shouldn’t pay for this badware under any circumstances as you will only lose your money without any actually help.
My Disk employs Trojans for its infiltration. For this reason, computer user is not able to notice when My Disk enters his machine. The program is started every time when computer starts which makes it impossible to work on computer at all. While My Disk is running on your system it will display tons of fake alerts and pop ups, for example:
Requested registry access is not allowed. Registry defragmentation required
Read time of hard drive clusters less than 500 ms
32% of HDD space is unreadable
Bad sectors on hard drive or damaged file allocation table
GPU RAM temperature is critically high. Urgent RAM memory optimization is required to prevent system crash

Such messages should actually be ignored as they are only displayed to scare you and force you purchase My Disk defragmenter. The only way to stop this is by removing My Disk from your system as soon as possible.

| Honga.. pano po ba? Dream on.. hahaha.. pag alam mo na ung admin rwosaspd ng servers nila..anyway, just a comment on the spyware thingy, it looks like these annoying programs keeps on evolving inspite the fact that there are many anti spyware programs available.. probably these anti spyware program creators are also the authors of some known spyware programs.. i guess the best thing to do to stay protected is to have netiquette and being responsible on everything you do while online or simply dont click on the BIG-BLUE-E on your desktop.. :D cheers! | |
