AntiAdd

Information about AntiAdd

AntiAdd (or Anti Add) is a rogue antispyware program which will try to convince every PC user that his computer is heavily infected with spyware. AntiAdd reports hundreds of various infections detected and offers purchasing its “full” version for fixing everything. In truth, this is the main goal why AntiAdd was created. After convincing that users have problems with their PCs, its creators expect to sell this rogue as legitimate anti-spyware program. However, instead of removing reported infections, only AntiAdd must be eliminated.

Being distributed by Trojans viruses, the trialware of Anti Add usually comes to the compromised machine unexpectedly. AntiAdd is set to start automatically and just after Windows boots it runs a full system scan. Lots of random files in Windows and Windows\System32 folders are dropped by this malware when it breaks into, so there is no surprise that after scanning it reports them as infections. AntiAdd displays tons of annoying system notifications, security alerts or other misleading messages trying to make people scared. For example:

Spyware Alert!
Your computer is infected with spyware. It could damage your
critical files or expose your private data on the Internet. Click
here to register your copy of AntiAdd and remove
spyware threats from your PC.

Don’t take any report loaded by Anti Add serious and ignore its messages. AntiAdd is designed only to push people into buying its “licensed” version which is useless and even dangerous. Get rid of all the files connected to AntiAdd immediately after detection.
